Furniture shopping and the kingdom of God

This is just a confession. Shopping always leads to wanting more...and not being content. It is not the way Jesus wanted us to think or live.

Lord, I am blessed with what you have given to me....the possessions yes, but the people, family and truest friends even more. I want to hold them with an open hand and always remember those who do not have.
